  1. That’s part of why I started exercising again…because sad can fuck right off. Exercise makes me happy, even when I’m a nasty, sweaty, sore mess at the end (like I was tonight after a 3 1/2 mile hike in 100 degree heat).

    1. That’s amazing! Same here. Whenever I exercise I feel in such a good mood and untouchable!! I go to the sauna straight after followed by a cold shower – it’s simply the best!!! πŸ‘ŒπŸΎπŸ‘ŒπŸΎπŸ‘ŒπŸΎ
